An afternoon event to honour the dogs we love. We are also raising money for the Alberta Dachshund Rescue and the Calgary Lowriders Dachshund Club.

Date: Sunday, August 30, 2009
Time: 11:00am - 4:00pm
Location: Rosemont Community Hall, 2807-10 St. N.W.
Calgary, AB

Admission fee: $5.00 per dachshund

Contests! Races! Prizes! Food!

This was so much fun! I have never seen so many lil' dachshunds running around.

When is the next weiner walk?! My wife and I haven't been, we're excited to take our lil' smokey out!

I'm glad you guys had a good time. We will likely wait until after the long weekend to have a walk, and it will likely be a weeknight evening this time... depending on the weather of course!

I'll be sending out an e-mail in the next few days because there is a bunch of different things I need to tell you all about! Smile

it's to bad i missed this event. it sounded like it was a great time. i have two little dachshunds myself and keep missing these meet ups. can you please send me an e-mail of where and when the next wiener walk is. my two puppies would love to come out and meet some other dachshunds. thanks.
